2020——2021学年庙桥小学百名教师“大走访”活动实施方案

根据常州市教育局《关于组织开展常州市教育系统教师“大家访”活动的通知》和武进区教育局《关于武进区教育系统开展师德“个十百千万”行动活动实施意见的通知》为全面落实立德树人根本任务,加强学校教育与家庭教育的联系,构建教育与社会、学校与家庭共同育人格局,提高育入水平,促进学生身心健康,办好人民满意的教育,学校特制订2020——2021学年百名教师“大走访”活动实施方案。 

一、活动主题

牵手千家万户,共助学生成长。

二、活动时间  2021年1月23 -24日(初定这个时间,如因疫情防控要求放假时间有改变,再根据具体情况确定)

    三、活动范围

    1.以班主任为主体、全体教师参与;

    2.对本班学生进行家访,尤其关注六类学生:心理健康发展有困难的学生,家庭经济有困难的学生,学业发展有困难的学生,留守学生及单亲家庭学生,流动人员随迁子女,身体有残障的学生。

    四、活动内容

    1.全面了解学生家庭情况、成长环境、在家思想动态、学习表现和生活习惯等;

    2.向家长反馈学生在校思想、学习、交往情况和综合表现等;

    3.与家长共同探讨促进学生身心健康成长的有效方法及途径,宣传科学的家庭教育理念和方法;

    4.向家长介绍学校办学理念、办学特色及教育政策;

    5.征求家长对学校工作、教育发展的意见和建议,对家长关注的热点难点问题及时做好解释、宣传、记录、答复工作。

五、活动步骤

第一阶段:学校向全体教师宣传家访的重要意义。

第二阶段:各班班主任摸清本班学生家庭情况,确定好1名被访对象。

第三阶段:班主任协同任课教师(2-3人)一起进行家访,填写并上交相关资料。(包括家访表、实地家访照片2张)

第四阶段:教师撰写好家访手记。

六、分工与要求

1、各年级以年级组为单位,要求年级组长统计好本级部被访学生名单(附件2)在1月20日前交学生发展中心,并统筹分配好年级组内所有老师完成期末家访任务。

2、艺体综合组老师可选择与所带班级或所带社团学生的班主任协调,选择并一起参与到学生家访中去。

3、全校教师开展“大家访”工作,必须按照计划的时间表、任务图进行。家访过程中,必须严格遵守教育局《“大家访”活动“五要五不能”守则》(附件1)。“大家访”活动力求达到“四进家庭”,即教育政策进家庭,学困生转化措施进家庭,家庭教育指导进家庭,心理生理健康辅导进家庭。

4教师在家访前要预先备课,结束后要认真做好情况记录,形成家访手记(附件3:“大家访”活动记录表),并于期末结束前上传至校园网站工会网师德师风活动栏目。(2-3人一组可以共同完成 5、学校将建立“大家访”活动激励机制,将家访工作情况列入教师师德档案和业务档案,作为教师师德考评及评优、评先的重要内容。建立“大家访”活动反馈机制,认真研究分析,针对问题进行整改提高,防止走形式、走过场和一阵风。

1.要充分分析家访学生在校情况,精心准备家访内容;

2.要严格遵守约定时间,按时家访;

3.要仪表大方,态度诚恳,认真听取家长意见和建议;

4.要客观评价学生,充分反应学生优点诚恳指出学生不足,共同寻找促进学生更好成长的方法;

5.要认真记录家访情况;

6.不能开展告状式家访;

7.不能只讲问题,不讲方法;

8.不能对家长的诉求置之不理

9.不能接受家长宴请礼物等;

10.不能将学生个人家访情况对外公布。
